And now, we’re looking for a Social Media Content Creator who can help us bring that story to life online. 📸 What You’ll Be Doing: 🌱 Create fun, eye-catching photo and video content featuring plants, products, and lifestyle 📲 Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube 🎥 Appear on camera for plant tips, DIYs, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content 🌿 Plan and maintain a content calendar tied to product launches, trends, and events 🌿 Promote seasonal offers and products through engaging stories and reels 🌿 Collaborate with the team to capture customer experiences and workshops 💬 Respond to DMs, comments, and build authentic relationships with followers 📈 Monitor analytics and trends to refine and grow our content strategy ✅ What We’re Looking For: Comfortable and confident on camera Basic shooting/editing skills – whether with a phone or DSLR Experience with short-form video (Reels, Shorts) Creative, self-driven, and great at storytelling Passionate about plants, nature, or the gardening lifestyle Able to plan, schedule, and publish consistent content Familiar with tools like Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or InShot Willing to occasionally create content during weekends or seasonal campaigns 🌟 Bonus If You Have : Managed content for a brand or grown your own page Collaborated with influencers or run UGC campaigns Knowledge of SEO, analytics, or paid ads 🌼 Perks of Working with Us: A beautiful, green workspace surrounded by plants Creative freedom and support to bring your ideas to life Opportunities to grow in content, branding, or digital marketing Learn plant care, garden styling, and sustainable living along the way Be part of a community-first, growing horticulture brand Show more Show less
