Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Content Creator who is creative, confident on camera, and active on social media.
Influencers or creators who have their own growing YouTube/Instagram channel or page will be given strong preference.

The ideal candidate should know how to ideate, write, and create engaging content—especially for reels, shorts, and trending formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality social media content (reels, videos, scripts, captions, carousels, stories).
• Ideate and shoot content for healthcare and corporate brands.
• Stay updated with trends, hooks, formats, and viral content ideas.
• Create content for your own profile/page as well as brand pages if needed.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Research healthcare topics and convert them into simple, engaging content.
• Work closely with designers, editors, and the marketing team.

Requirements

• Must be based in Gurgaon and available for full-time, in-office work.
• Prior experience as a content creator or social media executive.
• Influencers with an active and growing page/channel are highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, viral trends, and content hooks.
• Excellent command over content writing, ideation, and storytelling.
• Basic experience with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
• Healthcare content experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Confident on camera.
• Ability to shoot basic content using a phone.
• Basic video editing (optional but appreciated).
• Understanding of social media analytics and audience behavior.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
