If you love making reels, understanding trends, interacting with communities, and being part of a brand’s visual identity, this is for you.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation (Core)

  • Ideate and shoot day-to-day content for Axell, TimeLoop, and Axell Café.
  • Film high-quality videos using a phone or basic camera setup.
  • Appear on camera occasionally for explainer reels, testimonials, trends, or fun content.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, unboxings, café shoots, pickleball clips, product reveals, etc.
  • Prepare rough cuts in CapCut (basic trims, music sync, text overlays).
  • Collaborate closely with the Designer for final polishing.


Trend & Culture Spotting

  • Identify Instagram/TikTok trends early and adapt them to the brands.
  • Monitor youth culture, fashion, meme trends, and local Delhi movements.


Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, DM queries, and story replies.
  • Build relationships with micro-influencers, creators, and power users.
  • Capture UGC from the café/pickleball customers.
  • Potentially host small events or mini-launches.


Content Ops

  • Maintain an organized content library.
  • Prepare weekly report snippets on what’s working.
  • Coordinate shoots, props, and timing with the team.

  • Strong understanding of Instagram reels, hooks, pacing, and storytelling.
  • A natural sense of aesthetics and how to make everyday things look premium.
  • Excited about watches, fashion, culture, and lifestyle content.
  • Enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and community-building.
  • Hungry to grow, experiment, and constantly improve your craft.


🎁 Bonus Points For
  • Comfort being the face/voice in occasional brand reels.
  • Basic photography or videography experience.
  • Ability to edit quick drafts (CapCut proficiency is a huge plus).
  • Experience working in lifestyle, fashion, hospitality, or D2C.
