Based in Thrissur with clientele across India and abroad, we blend fashion, art, and storytelling — and we’re now looking for a creative mind who can translate our designs into visually stunning, scroll-stopping digital content.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator who can ideate, plan, and execute engaging content for our digital platforms — Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, strong fashion sense, and the ability to capture Li & Li Couture’s brand essence through photos, videos, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create engaging photo and video content (reels, carousels, stories, etc.) that reflect the brand’s couture aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to plan weekly content calendars and campaign shoots.
• Write captions, taglines, and overlay texts aligned with the brand tone — emotional, elegant, and relatable.
• Capture behind-the-scenes moments, client experiences, and new collection launches.
• Manage and schedule posts across all social media platforms.
• Stay updated with current fashion trends, social media trends, and viral formats (Instagram Reels, Pinterest boards, YouTube Shorts).
• Coordinate with photographers, editors, and models for shoot planning and execution.
• Analyze post performance and provide insights for engagement improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Fashion Communication, Visual Media, Mass Communication, or Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 1 year experience in social media content creation or digital marketing (fashion/boutique industry preferred).
• Excellent proficiency in English (Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, brand styling, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency with content creation tools: Canva, CapCut, VN, Lightroom, or similar.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, Pinterest scheduling, and basic ad understanding.
• Creative, organized, and proactive with a passion for fashion content.

Work Environment & Benefits:

• Full-time position (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
