Role Overview

We re looking for

in-house, on-camera content creators

who can craft short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) that educates, entertains, and connects with Hindi-speaking audiences.

You ll work out of our Gurugram office, ideating, scripting, shooting, and editing content alongside a fast-moving content team.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging
Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts
focused on English learning
Act and present naturally on camera in
Hinglish
Turn everyday situations into relatable, educational content
Follow social trends and bring fresh, culturally-relevant ideas
Collaborate with the internal team on scripts, formats, and weekly content calendars
Shoot and edit videos using mobile or basic tools

Requirements

0 3 years of experience in content creation (freshers welcome)
Strong command over
Hindi + English
, especially conversational Hinglish
Confident and expressive on camera
Understanding of short-form content trends, hooks, and formats
Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

Good to Have

Experience in edtech, infotainment, or influencer-style videos
Exposure to meme culture, creator trends, or comedy formats
Active presence on social media (even a small personal page with engagement)
