Background:

Shelter Associates

innovative, data and technology driven, community centric and inclusive in terms of stakeholder participation.

SA has also pioneered the concept of “Poverty Mapping” using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies and has surveyed and mapped over 3,50,000+ urban slum households to date.

SA also has a very robust data management and monitoring system which includes a fully automated web-based system with data mining and VISUALISATION work that is in progress.

We are looking to hire an Social Media & Communications Executive

Place of Employment:

Pune, Maharashtra

Responsibilities

Manage social media pages and websites (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Plan and create posts, stories, and short videos/reels
Assist in writing content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and website
Support brand and communication campaigns / proposals / presentations
Coordinate with teams for content and approvals
Track and report social media performance
Create bilingual content (English & Marathi)

Requirements

Graduate in Media Marketing , Communications
1–2 years of experience in social media and brand communication
Good writing and visual storytelling skills
Photography and Basic video shooting and editing skills
Comfortable using Canva or similar design tools
Understanding of Marathi
Interest in social impact communication

Compensation as per industry standards and based on experience and skills
