Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Associate to join our team in New Delhi. In this role, you will manage Touch925's social media presence, engage with our audience, and help build a strong online community. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content across all social media platforms.

• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry updates to identify opportunities.

• Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.

• Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to promote Touch925’s jewellery collections.

• Develop and execute social media campaigns to boost engagement and brand visibility.

• Conduct hashtag research and optimize posts for better reach and discoverability.

• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.

• Create and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram.

• Stay updated on emerging tools, trends, and best practices in social media marketing.

• Work closely with the content and design teams to align social media content with the brand's voice and aesthetics.

• Support offline events by promoting them on social media and generating live content.

• Identify opportunities for user-generated content and encourage customer participation.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (final-year students or fresh graduates may also apply).

• Strong knowledge of popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar.

• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).

• Interest in the jewellery or fashion industry.
