Social Media Associate

We are hiring a Social Media Associate for SocioCreator – our influencer marketing platform that connects brands with powerful digital voices.

Role Summary

The Social Media Associate will be responsible for managing SocioCreator’s social media presence, creating platform-relevant content, supporting influencer campaign promotions, and engaging with our online community to grow visibility and trust in the brand.

Key Responsibilities

1.Social Media Management

• Plan and execute content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube Shorts/Reels
• Ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms

2.Content Creation & Coordination

• Write compelling captions and content pieces highlighting campaigns, influencers, trends, and brand stories
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for creatives and reels
• Repurpose influencer-generated content and user-generated content (UGC) for brand channels

3.Campaign Support

• Collaborate with the influencer team to promote ongoing and completed campaigns
• Highlight case studies, behind-the-scenes content, and success stories

4.Trend Research & Innovation

• Stay updated on social media and influencer trends, viral content formats, and new tools
• Recommend creative formats for reels, memes, polls, and interactive posts

5.Community Engagement

• Respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely and brand-aligned manner
• Build relationships with creators, followers, and potential brand partners online

6.Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor key metrics like reach, engagement, follower growth, and content performance
• Share monthly reports with insights and recommendations

7.Collaboration & Brainstorming

• Work closely with content, influencer, and strategy teams for integrated planning
• Participate in ideation for influencer campaigns and brand positioning
