About the role:

We are building a social media team that drives engagement and awareness for our existing and upcoming Clean Sports Nutrition products through creative content, campaigns, and collaborations. We are looking for people who are passionate about fitness, sports, and health, and who understand the impact of what we are building. Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow Shyft’s social media presence across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
• Plan and schedule engaging content across videos and posts, collaborate with our graphic designers for standout visuals, and occasionally assist with content shoots.
• Monitor trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategy.
• Support marketing campaigns with creative ideas and execution.
• Engage with the community online, responding to comments and DMs to foster connection.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Interest in health, sports, nutrition and everything fitness
• Passion for social media, digital trends, and online engagement.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, with a knack for growing and engaging audiences.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and content calendars efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating content that captivates and connects.
