Social Media Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Ensuring end to end execution of social media calendar from creative delivery deadlines with designers to posting and understanding post metrics.
• Research social media trends, competitor activity, and target audience insights
• Schedule and publish social media content according to a pre-defined calendar
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Analyze social media data and reporting to measure the success of campaigns
• Assist with brainstorming new content ideas and social media initiatives
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

• Blend of technical skills, creativity, and communication abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling captions, respond to comments and messages in a professional and courteous manner

• Ability to work effectively within a team, collaborate with different departments, and learn from experienced professionals
• A positive and professional attitude to represent the brand voice and provide excellent customer service through social media channels
