Location: Ludhiana (Local Candidates Preferred)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Social Media Manager for Ludhiana to drive growth and engagement across school fan pages. The role demands expertise in short-form video creation, social media campaigns, and platform optimization. Success will be measured by 15% MoM follower growth, 10%+ engagement rates, and consistent daily content output.

Key Responsibilities :

• Content Production (60%)
• Create 5 high-quality videos weekly (Reels/Shorts, testimonials, event highlights).
• Publish daily shorts across YouTube & social media.
• Design 5+ static posts weekly (graphics, carousels, stories).
• Update weekly Google My Business posts.

Growth & Engagement (25%)

• Deliver 15% MoM follower growth & 10%+ engagement rates.
• Share weekly updates (photos, events, announcements).
• Drive 6+ Google reviews/month per location.

Campaigns & Initiatives (15%)

• Execute 1+ localized digital campaign/month.
• Train students to create content via Social Media Clubs.
• Track and report KPIs with actionable insights.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

• 5 videos/week | Daily shorts | 5+ static posts/week
• 15% follower growth (MoM) | 10%+ engagement rate
• 6+ Google reviews/location/month

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate (Marketing, Mass Comm., or related field preferred).
• 2+ years in social media marketing with focus on short-form video.
• Hands-on with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro (or similar).
• Proven track record in achieving 15%+ MoM account growth.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
