Social Media Associate - AI

We’re hiring a hands-on, AI-savvy social media professional (0–3 years experience) to own content creation, publishing, and growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and X for multiple brands. You’ll execute fast, think in hooks, and use AI to multiply output—while keeping everything on-brand.

• AI-powered creation:

  Use ChatGPT/Claude/Cursor, MidJourney, Runway, Pika, Opus Clip, Synthesia, etc., to produce carousels, reels/shorts, memes, scripts.

• Cross-platform publishing:

  Run a consistent calendar (3–4 posts/week/brand) across IG, LinkedIn, YT Shorts, X.

• Brand consistency:

  Apply logos/watermarks and follow design rules in Canva or AI design pipelines.

• Video-first storytelling:

  Script, edit, and repurpose short-form videos; coordinate with creators (e.g., Nilesh Dagade).

• AI-driven growth:

  Track KPIs (impressions, saves, shares, comments, CTR), analyze with AI tools, and scale what works.

• End-to-end ownership:

  Ideation → creation → posting → performance → iteration with minimal supervision.

• Trend-spotting:

  Monitor platform updates; test new formats (memes, interactive carousels, edits).

• Process hygiene:

  Keep projects organized, maintain shared threads, and communicate clearly with founders.

• Comfortable with

  AI tools

  (ChatGPT + at least two of: MidJourney, Runway, Pika, Opus Clip, Synthesia).
• Working knowledge of

  IG/LinkedIn/YT Shorts/X

  growth basics (hooks, watch time, save/share triggers).

• Design sense

  and Canva proficiency; you understand hierarchy, spacing, and readability.

• Basic video editing

  (AI-assisted preferred) and crisp copywriting for captions/CTAs.

• Analytical mindset:

  Can read metrics and make simple experiments without hand-holding.

• Ownership:

  Bias to ship, fix fast, and keep moving.

• Experience scripting/editing Hinglish fitness or tech content.
• Familiarity with watermarking, brand kits, and versioned assets.
• Exposure to AI analytics dashboards or GA/Meta Insights.
