Your mission, should you choose to accept it, involves crafting eye-catching designs across various media, turning marketing strategies into visual masterpieces, and juggling multiple projects like a pro. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of graphic design principles, mastery of the latest design software, and a burning passion for creating designs that not only meet expectations but define our brand identity. Responsibilities: ● Creating Creatives : Generate visually appealing designs for social media posts and related media for Programming Hub and other brands under our umbrella. ● Video Thumbnails : Design engaging and eye-catching thumbnails for various video content. ● Marketing Campaigns : Work closely with the marketing team to design creatives for various marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand identity and messaging. ● In-App Offers : Design visually compelling creatives for in-app offers to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. ● Ads Design : Create visually appealing and effective designs for Google/Apple Ads, ensuring they align with the company's brand and campaign goals. ● Storefront Creatives : Design and update Store Front creatives for both the App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring they are engaging and reflect the app's features and benefits. ● Ad-Hoc Design Tasks : Be ready to take on other design tasks as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and creativity. ● Brand Consistency : Ensure all graphics and designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and mediums. Requirements: We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field, who's proficient in design principles and tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, familiar with Generative AI and image generation tools, who exhibits excellent visual design skills and can work both in a team and independently.
