What you will do:

Creative Experiments

• Run a testing account to try out new aesthetics, formats, and content ideas.
• Launch bold campaigns using AI, video, photography, and storytelling.
• Read the pulse of audiences and adapt fast.

Content Creation

• Own end-to-end content production (shooting, editing, graphics, reels, motion design).
• Use AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, etc.) to supercharge visuals & captions.
• Maintain a

  luxury wellness aesthetic

  with an artistic, journal-style feed.

Influencer & Creator Magic

• Build genuine relationships with creators who reflect Mutchai’s values.
• Coordinate shoots, influencer seeding, and collab campaigns.
• Dream up gamified UGC campaigns for events like

  Lil Flea, pop-ups & wellness expos

Brand Face Development

• Help discover and develop a

  relatable “face of Mutchai”

  (creator/ambassador).
• Co-create content to deepen trust and connection with our community.

Marketing Infrastructure

• Build scalable in-house marketing workflows & templates.
• Set up analytics dashboards to measure and grow impact.
• Keep our brand voice strong, consistent, and unforgettable.

Beyond the Role

• Be hands-on in a startup: from packaging mock-ups to event activations.
