Objective To achieve Company’s financial targets and corporate objectives through innovative product pricing and business insights from portfolio analysis and experience study. Responsibilities To develop technical & Actuarial pricing (e.g. GLM modelling by using Emblem) To perform portfolio analysis and provide regular dashboards to respective committees, task forces and business units to ensure the sustainability in profitability and price competitiveness in the market. To prepare regular dashboards and support the distribution heads for intermediaries monitoring and business planning To establish, develop and maintain of the Pricing Strategy, Policy, Guidelines & SOP to be adopted by the Company Provide regular and ad-hoc reports and surveys as requested by regulators (e.g. BNM) Requirements Relevant professional qualification and/or degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other related quantitative studies. At least 5 years in product pricing and lead a team Strong analytical and statistical skills Good knowledge to the industry and regulatory guidelines and practices in General Insurance Good in Microsoft Excel.
