Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement configurations and customizations in the ServiceNow platform.
Work on multiple modules such as ITSM, CMDB, ITOM, HRSD, or others as required.
Design and manage workflows, business rules, UI actions, and client/server scripts.
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
Conduct regular platform maintenance, upgrades, and performance tuning.
Ensure best practices in development and platform governance.
