Responsibilities

Architect

• Architect and design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, HRSD, Scope application in App Engine.
• Define and enforce platform governance, development standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Evaluate and integrate new ServiceNow features to enhance platform value.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Develop long-term roadmap for ServiceNow adoption and expansion.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow domain,
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified HRSD Implementation Specialist are highly desirable
