Sneaker Maker

You will be responsible for creating a personalized and exceptional customer experience as a Sneaker Maker at Golden Goose. Your key responsibilities will include: - Co-creating personalized Golden Goose products with clients using various drawing and illustration techniques. - Guiding clients through a unique co-creation experience while maintaining the brand's values and storytelling. - Actively participating in the sales process to achieve business goals through strategic cross-selling and up-selling. This includes pre-sale and post-sale activities, such as inventory management and customer loyalty efforts. - Ensuring customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling. - Maintaining the co-creation area in excellent condition according to visual merchandising standards. - Assisting with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards. - Utilizing IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App, Sales Force, Xstore, Stealth). Key Requirements: - Fluency in English and Hindi. Additional language skills are a plus. - Sales experience, preferably in the retail or customer service sector. - Strong problem-solving and time management skills. - Artistic skills and abilities in hand-drawings (marker, watercolor, acrylic painting), embroidery, and basic sewing. - Empathy, solid communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong team attitude. - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and customer requirements. - High school degree at least, with a preference for a design field background.
