Job Title: Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive Location: Victory Tower,sector-74,phase8-b Mohali Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Experience Required: 2–5years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience) Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and creative Social Media Optimization (SMO) Executive to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing social media platforms, developing strategies to improve engagement, and increasing brand visibility online. Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies to meet business goals. Manage and optimize brand presence across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (text, images, video). Monitor user engagement and respond to comments/messages promptly. Track and analyze social media performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Run and monitor paid campaigns on social media platforms. Prepare monthly reports on KPIs and performance metrics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing. Strong understanding of SEO, SMO, and content marketing principles. Experience with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar. Good understanding of analytics and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
