Role

Key Responsibilities -

Operational knowledge

Review and Support:

Accountability

All critical utilities in running/standby mode must be healthy.
Review SOPs, PM checklists, and get them revise based on efficacy.
Conduct capability assessments of the utility team at all sites.
Ensure critical inventory (like Pump bearing, Geskette, Cooling coils, motors, refrigeration gases, oil, sensors) is maintained.
Take a proactive approach to mitigate risk—regular site visits and cross-site support.
Ensure operations and maintenance adhere to OEM recommendations.
Ensure for the training to the utility staff towards operation and maintenance.
Promote energy and cost optimization across HVAC systems.
