Job Description

As a Subject Matter Expert for Escrow, your role involves reviewing information on mortgage documents, entering data into the Client System, performing due diligence to validate information, reviewing conditions, and flagging any discrepancies to the customer. Your key responsibilities include: - Meeting or exceeding productivity targets during and after the training period, with revisions based on tenure - Meeting and exceeding quality benchmarks, with revisions based on tenure - Conducting quality audits, providing feedback to processing associates, and maintaining quality dashboards, Production MIS & SOPs To excel in this role, you should have: - A Graduate/Diploma (4-year) in any discipline, with a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred - More than 72 months of experience in US Mortgage Escrow functions - Understanding of escrow lines/products, core logic, lareta, proctor, assurant activities, tax amount reporting, pre-boarding loans, HUD, initial escrow statement, Escrow set-up, Analysis, Cancellations, mortgage insurance cancellations, hazard insurance - Knowledge of mobile homes (good to have) - Decent oral and written communication skills in the mortgage domain, analytical and reasoning skills, and typing speed of 30 wpm - Ability to work with multiple teams, work under pressure, and willingness to work night shifts (6.30 pm IST to 4:30 am IST) in office settings This job offers an opportunity to apply your expertise in US Mortgage Escrow while contributing to the productivity and quality standards of the team.
