We are seeking a highly experienced and driven SME Talent Acquisition professional to lead and optimize end-to-end hiring processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong stakeholder management, hands-on sourcing skills, and team leadership experience, particularly in high-volume recruitment environments. MEA calling experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Manage and review requisitions on ATS and job portals. Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews for candidates from various sources. Engage and qualify applicants through direct outreach and job board applications. Communicate with candidates on job roles, interviews, and onboarding. Support team operations, provide mentorship, and ensure process efficiency. Collaborate with clients on recruitment strategies and process improvements. Maintain a high candidate conversion and attendance rate. Ensure regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment and onboarding status. Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal) Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
