Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the finance & accounting department at Ramboll. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, strengthening internal controls, developing proactive working relationships with clients, and continuously improving processes and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing cash flow, managing budgets/cash forecasts, performing financial reviews, and providing financial support to the senior management team. Your strong technical accounting skills and experience in senior stakeholder management will be key in driving process improvements and supporting ad-hoc projects. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the finance & accounting department - Prepare/Review financial statements and reports, including monthly, annual accounts and schedules - Strengthen internal controls, enhance process improvements - Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with clients - Continually examine current processes and procedures to establish process improvements - Prepare cash flow and manage budgets/cash forecasts - Perform financial reviews - Review, collect, and analyze data for reports, presentations, and correspondence - Provide financial support to the senior management team - Support ad-hoc projects that arise during various systems implementations - Strong knowledge of R2R processes - Senior stakeholder management experience Qualifications: - Strong accounting, analytical, and research skills - Bachelor of Commerce (B. Com), MBA & Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter - Experience in R2R specifically with the US region - US valid visa is a plus - Service mindset, strong communication & Excel skills - Ability to drive process improvements - Proficiency in project management and accounting best practices - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - 5 to 8 years of experience in management of F&A function Additional Details: At Ramboll, you will be part of a global architecture, engineering, and consultancy company committed to creating a thriving world for both nature and people.
