POSITION PURPOSE
The Procurement Operations Expert Turkish -Speaking Procurement Specialist will support end-to-end procurement processes, ensure accurate price updates, handle PR to PO conversions, oversee post-PO activities, and contribute to content creation and vendor master data (VMD) management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- PR to PO conversion: Manage purchase requisitions (PR) and convert them into purchase
- orders (PO) efficiently.
- Post-PO activities: Monitor order fulfillment, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely
- delivery and invoicing.
- Content creation & modification: Develop and update procurement-related documentation,
- templates, and process guidelines.
- Vendor Master Data (VMD) management: Maintain and update vendor records, ensuring
- data integrity and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management & Communication: Support collaboration with business
- requesters, country partners, and suppliers through clear and impactful communication.
- Operational Support: Provide support in various operational activities such as order price, pay
- term validation, checks in SAP, PO reopening for necessary adjustments, and handling
- quotation requests to ensure the best supplier selection.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Language proficiency: Native or fluent Turkish speaker with excellent communication skills in English.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business administration. Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement operations or supply chain management.
- Technical Skills: Basic procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Effective communication and collaboration, problem-solving skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Other Skills: Accountability, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
