About the Role

We are looking for a freelance Hindi Content Creator to develop high-quality, curriculum-aligned learning materials for Grades 6–10. This includes lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, question banks, and teaching aids in Hindi. You will collaborate with internal reviewers and academic leads to ensure that all resources are accurate, engaging, and suitable for classroom and remote learning environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Content Development:
• Develop lesson plans, practice worksheets, and assessments aligned with the CBSE/NCERT Hindi curriculum.
• Create question banks of varying difficulty levels with clear answers and proper formatting.
• Design additional resources like grammar reference sheets, visual aids, and classroom-ready presentations (PPTs).
• Collaboration & Review:
• Collaborate with editors and academic team members for quality reviews and improvements.
• Respond to feedback promptly and update content as required.
• Curriculum Understanding:
• Ensure content aligns with academic objectives and language proficiency expected for Grades 6–10.
• Maintain conceptual clarity, accuracy, and grade-appropriate language.
• EdTech Familiarity:
• Efficiently use Google Workspace or MS Office tools for drafting and formatting.
• Maintain version control while working remotely with the team.

Requirements

Education:

• B.A. / M.A. in Hindi or related field
• B.Ed. with Hindi specialization (preferred)

Experience:

• 1–8 years of experience in teaching, content development, or curriculum design.
• Prior experience in creating Hindi worksheets, assessments, or academic resources is highly desirable.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Hindi language and grammar as per Grades 6–10 curriculum.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Docs, Slides, Sheets and/or MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and accept feedback constructively.
• Good time management and clear communication.
• High attention to detail and content accuracy.

Nice to Have:

• Portfolio or samples (Hindi lesson plans, worksheets, or PPTs).
• Experience working with EdTech platforms or academic publishing projects.
• Availability for fast turnarounds and project-based work.
