Role Overview

Business Development Manager

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role for someone who thrives on building trust, opening doors, and converting networks into long-term business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, real estate consultants and corporate decision-makers
Identify, develop and close B2B / project and corporate sales opportunities
Conduct product presentations and consultations for design studios, developers and corporate clients
Drive specification of Sleep Company products in residential and commercial projects
Plan and execute regular site visits, meetings and relationship-building activities
Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing and Product to align on targets and strategies
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain a strong pipeline and track prospects through CRM/tools

Ideal Candidate Profile

2+ years of experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / B2B Sales
Existing network with architects, interior designers, real estate or design studios
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Highly self-driven with an ownership mindset
Passion or interest in interiors, design, lifestyle or wellness spaces
Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
