Job Description

As a Sky Service Potential Relationship Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound calls and queries with professionalism and expertise. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and support.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, with a banking or financial background an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for building customer rapport.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant software for efficient customer management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  • Basic understanding of banking products and services is beneficial.
  • Answer and manage inbound calls, providing prompt and friendly assistance to customers.
  • Offer accurate and detailed information on our products and services, ensuring a well-informed customer base.
