Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-centric Sky Phygital Relationship Manager to join our Sky Channel-Phygital team at Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and enhancing our retail liabilities product sales and customer support operations across our branch network. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales management tools.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to changing business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead and manage a team of relationship officers, ensuring effective sales and customer support operations for retail liabilities products across assigned branches.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets for retail liabilities products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of customer service and ethical practices.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless customer journey and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to enhance sales strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Represent the bank at external events and forums, building a positive brand image and networking with potential clients.
