Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sitecore Project Manager with 10-20 years of experience to lead our team in delivering high-quality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects and leading teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage multiple sitecore projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers, to achieve project goals.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish success criteria.
Monitor project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and company policies.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of sitecore platform, including its architecture, features, and functionality.
Proven experience in managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
Experience working with distributed teams, including remote clients and vendors.
