Job Description

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all site-level electrical operations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems and compliance with safety standards.
Handle high-voltage equipment (up to 220 KV) and ensure all installations, maintenance, and repairs are conducted safely and efficiently.
Conduct and manage electrical inspections, ensuring all required documentation is prepared, reviewed, and submitted as per industrial standards.
Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians and engineers, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
Plan, monitor, and execute electrical maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure operational reliability.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to resolve site-level technical issues and ensure seamless plant operations.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to electrical systems and industrial operations.
Provide technical expertise during audits, inspections, and system upgrades.
