Senior Product Manager – Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM

Role Summary:

• We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management (SCM), focused primarily on managing the D365 environment on Azure for the APAC region
• This role is critical in ensuring the health, scalability, compliance, and optimization of our Dynamics 365 platform
• The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of finance processes within D365 Finance, along with hands-on experience managing D365 environments hosted on Microsoft Azure, including lifecycle services, environment management, and integration oversight

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the D365 Finance and SCM landscape on Microsoft Azure, including sandbox, test, and production environments. Ensure stability, availability, and performance across all tiers.

Platform Operations:

• Oversee deployments, patching, release management, monitoring, and performance tuning of the D365 F&SCM solution in Azure.Governance & Security:
• Work with IT security and compliance teams to maintain secure, compliant, and well-governed environments, including identity and access management, data residency, and backup/disaster recovery strategies
• Finance Process Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert in D365 Finance modulescovering General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with finance and IT stakeholders across APAC to ensure the solution meets regional business needs while adhering to global standards
• Service Monitoring Leverage Azure Monitor, LCS, and other telemetry tools to proactively monitor system health, address issues, and optimize performanceLeverage Azure Monitor, LCS, and other telemetry tools to proactively monitor system health, address issues, and optimize performancedetailed environment documentation, architecture diagrams, and audit logs
• Report regularly on platform status, risk, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field
• 6+ years of hands-on experience managing Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM platforms, with focus on Azure-hosted environments
• Deep knowledge of finance business processes and best practices within D365 Finance
• Experience managing environments through Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with system integrations, data management, and security models in the D365 and Azure ecosystem
• Strong understanding of monitoring tools, deployment pipelines, and platform performance optimization
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across technical andbusiness teams
• Experience in managing multi-region or global ERP landscapes, particularly within the APAC context

Preferred Certifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (ERP)
• ITIL or other service management certifications (preferred but not required
