Job Description

Troubleshooting of Coal Mill/Pulverisers in Thermal Power Plant.
Ensure release of site support document (O&M manual, Erection manual, Packing Schemes, etc.) as per plan.
Ensure resolution of technical query raised during Pulveriser Erection/Commissioning.
Knowledge of Hydraulic System & Gear Box.
Proficient in technical document & drawing reading.
Plan visit to site as & when required.
Monitor & maintain record of all activities.
Co-ordinating with internal / end Customers for site activities.
Control & Distribution of departmental documentation.
Ensure continuous improvements in all areas including cost reduction as well as eliminating unnecessary operations.
Responsible for overall functioning of Site Support
Knowledge of Auto-CAD to prepare Packing schemes.
Knowledge of Assembly and dismantling of Rotary equipment s will be added advantage.
