Role & responsibilities 1) Drafting of Machine Parts with accurate GD&T using AutoCAD Software 2) Raw Material Ordering 3) Machine Boughtout Parts Ordering 4) Sheetmetal Parts Drafting for Laser Cutting & Bending 5) Drafting of Fabrication Drawings 6) Drafting of Manufacturing Drawings 7) Coordinating with Purchase & Manufacturing department regarding Project Drawings, Material Ordering 8) Coordinating with Project stakeholders for smooth execution of Project 9) Coordinating with Suppliers for Nesting, RM Ordering, Design Drawing Preferred candidate profile Experience in Drafting - Fabrication Drawing, Manufacturing Drawing Hands on experience in AutoCAD 2D Proper Knowledge of GD&T Experience of atleast 02 years in Machine Tool/Similar Domain
Role & responsibilities Design and develop special purpose machines (SPM) for various applications like Boring, Milling, Drilling, Mitering, Notching, Piercing & Punching Metal Forming etc. Develop detailed designs using CAD software such as Creo Parametric Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production operations Conduct Design & Approval Meeting with Customers Leading Design Teams & having the ability of Work Delegation Training New Joinees on Design & Assembly Preferred candidate profile 6-10 years of experience in machine design, SPM design, fixture design. Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering Proficiency in CREO software Should have Thorough Knowledge of GD&T Should have Thorough Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes & Assembly methods Should have knowledge of Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems Strong Communication & Team Management Skills
