Site Supervisor

We are hiring an experienced Civil Supervisor with in-depth knowledge of CPWD (Central Public Works Department) standards and proven experience in managing government building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring quality and timely execution of civil works as per CPWD norms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction works in compliance with CPWD specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and foremen for smooth execution of works.
• Monitor activities such as concreting, masonry, plastering, shuttering, reinforcement, waterproofing, and finishing works.
• Ensure proper work planning, labour deployment, and material availability at the site.
• Implement and enforce safety standards, use of PPE, and site housekeeping practices.
• Report daily progress, workforce details, and material consumption to the site/project engineer.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, discrepancies in drawings, or site challenges.
• Assist in conducting quality inspections, material testing, and preparing checklists.
• Coordinate for site measurements, billing support, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of site tasks in line with project deadlines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Diploma / ITI / Certificate in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in supervision of CPWD/government building projects.
• Sound knowledge of CPWD construction norms, drawings, and specifications.
• Proven ability to handle labour teams, subcontractors, and manage multiple site activities.
• Strong understanding of construction quality, safety, and site documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to relocate and work at different project sites across India.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
