Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, ensure project progress, and maintain quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing construction sites and coordinating with workers, contractors, and the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is completed on schedule.
Monitor labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and management.
Ensure safety protocols and quality standards are followed at all times.
Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
Handle minor on-site issues and resolve them promptly.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in site supervision (construction field preferred).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle on-site challenges.
Willingness to travel to different project locations.
