We are looking for an experienced *Site Supervisor* with over 10 years of experience in residential and commercial projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil, finishing, and interior works, along with excellent on-site management and coordination skills.
* Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth project execution
* Manage labor, vendors, and subcontractors for timely and quality work
* Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
* Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients for on-site requirements
* Handle material planning, inventory, and site documentation
* Monitor project progress and report daily updates
* Resolve on-site issues efficiently and maintain work discipline
* Minimum 10 years of site supervision experience
* Strong knowledge of civil, finishing, and interior works
* Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings
* Excellent coordination and communication skills
* Proven track record of handling residential and commercial site
