Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, managing sub-contractors, and ensuring that construction projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities also include coordination with the project management team, conducting site inspections, maintaining safety and quality standards, and troubleshooting issues that arise on-site. Qualifications Experience with site supervision and management Proficiency in reading architectural plans and blueprints Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards Excellent organizational and time-management skills Effective communication and team coordination skills Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly Proficiency in the use of construction management software is a plus Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
