Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee on-site work, coordinate with teams, ensure quality, and support in delivering interior projects on time. Fresher candidates with good enthusiasm are welcome — training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily on-site construction and interior fit-out activities.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to meet project timelines.
• Ensure quality standards are met according to drawings and specifications.
• Monitor materials, tools, and site inventory; report shortages.
• Maintain site cleanliness and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Report daily/weekly progress to Project Manager.
• Assist in client site visits and handle basic client queries.

Required Qualifications:

• 12th pass/fail acceptable OR Diploma/Degree in Civil/Interior Design/Construction (optional)
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Basic ability to read drawings and take measurements
• Willingness to travel between sites
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, email, MS Word/Excel
• Valid driver’s license preferred (not mandatory)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in interior fit-out, carpentry, plywood work, or construction
• Basic AutoCAD knowledge
