Job Summary: We are looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee on-site work, coordinate with teams, ensure quality, and support in delivering interior projects on time. Fresher candidates with good enthusiasm are welcome — training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily on-site construction and interior fit-out activities. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and labour to meet project timelines. Ensure quality standards are met according to drawings and specifications. Monitor materials, tools, and site inventory; report shortages. Maintain site cleanliness and ensure safety protocols are followed. Report daily/weekly progress to Project Manager. Assist in client site visits and handle basic client queries.
