Job Title: Accountant (Female) — Vedha Interio

About Us:

Vedha Interio is a leading interior design and fit-out company specializing in residential and commercial projects. We're looking for a smart and organized female accountant to manage office accounts, billing, and basic finance operations at our Chennai office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounts and bookkeeping records
• Prepare and manage sales/purchase invoices and bills
• Record cash, bank entries, and reconcile statements
• Maintain vendor payments, petty cash, and staff expense records
• Support GST filing, TDS, and basic statutory compliance
• Generate daily/weekly/monthly financial reports
• Assist office admin/accounts manager with documentation
• Coordinate with team and vendors for payment follow-ups

Required Qualifications:

• 12th pass / B.Com / Diploma in Accounting or any equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime (preferred)
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Ability to handle paperwork, file management & office tools
• Good communication skills (Tamil, English/Hindi optional)
• Strong attention to detail and honesty in handling accounts

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in GST & TDS entries (not mandatory, training will be given)
• Ability to maintain records independently
• Time management & basic admin support skills
