Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Aurangabad. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing on-site operations, ensuring project timelines are met, overseeing quality control, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining safety standards. The role requires continuous monitoring of site progress, keeping accurate records, and resolving any on-site issues promptly. The Site Supervisor will also ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in Site Supervision, Project Management, and Construction Management Knowledge of Quality Control, Health and Safety Standards Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field Proficiency in project management software and tools Experience in the energy infrastructure sector is a plus
