Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor – False Flooring & False Ceiling (Interior Projects)

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in managing false flooring and false ceiling works for interior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with subcontractors, and meeting project timelines and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation of false ceilings (e.g., gypsum, grid, metal) and false flooring systems (e.g., raised access floors).
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, interior designers, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor and maintain project schedules and site progress.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks at each stage of installation.
• Ensure site safety compliance and conduct toolbox talks when needed.
• Manage material deliveries, usage, and site inventory for ceiling and flooring items.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and updates to project leadership.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience supervising interior fit-out works, especially in false ceiling and flooring.
• Good understanding of different ceiling systems (gypsum, mineral fiber, metal) and flooring types (HPL, calcium sulphate, steel raised floors).
• Ability to read interior fit-out drawings and coordinate with MEP services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality control.
• High school diploma or equivalent (diploma in civil/interior engineering is a plus).
• Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting tools).

Work Conditions:

• Based on active interior fit-out sites (commercial/residential/office spaces).
• May require flexible working hours, including weekends or overtime.
• Must comply with PPE and site safety regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,654.55 - ₹20,000.00 per month
