Manager/Assistant Manager - Commercial Interior Fitouts: Location: Banglore Reports To: Senior Project Manager/Director of Operations Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager specializing in Commercial Interior Fitouts to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of interior fitout projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Initiation: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate with clients, architects, and designers to define project requirements and specifications. Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to determine project viability. Oversee and manage the quantity surveying process, ensuring accuracy in cost estimation and billing. Conduct detailed quantification of project requirements and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BoQ). Develop and maintain rate estimates for materials, labor, and overheads. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to provide cost advice and ensure financial control. Review and approve interim and final payment applications from contractors. Monitor project budgets and provide timely reports on financial performance. Implement best practices in cost management and ensure compliance with industry standards.
