Site Supervisor (3+yrs Interiors Execution)

Job Summary:

We're looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, timely completion, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily site activities, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients

- Monitor progress, quality, and safety standards

- Conduct site inspections and quality checks

- Ensure compliance with designs, specifications, and building codes

- Coordinate material deliveries and logistics

- Address site issues and resolve conflicts

- Maintain accurate records and reports

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure project success

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design/Architecture/Construction Management

- 2-5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction methods

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
