Site Supervisor

Role: Site Supervisor Experience : 1 -3 years Salary: up to 3.6Lpa Employment Type : Full-time Location: Chennai Industry : Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure Reporting To : Site Engineer / Project Manager Key Responsibilities: Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality execution. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labourers. Interpret drawings, plans, and schedules. Monitor and report on project progress, labour attendance, and materials used. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed on-site. Handle site inspections and resolve technical issues. Track inventory of materials and equipment. Maintain daily work reports and other required documentation. Liaise with the project engineer or manager for updates and issue resolution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in site supervision (civil projects). Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site safety practices. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints. Strong communication and leadership skills.
