Job Title: Electrical Site Supervisor – Railway Station (ABBS Project)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and commissioning activities at railway stations as part of the ABBS project. The candidate will ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage electrical work at railway station sites, including installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of electrical activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standards during all site operations.
• Monitor progress and quality of work, maintaining detailed records and reports.
• Inspect electrical installations for compliance with project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage and supervise electrical teams and subcontractors on-site.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure timely procurement and proper utilization of electrical materials and equipment.
• Assist in planning and scheduling electrical works in coordination with overall project timelines.
• Conduct site safety meetings and ensure workers follow safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electrical installation and supervision, preferably in railway or large infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of railway electrical systems, signaling, and safety standards.
• Good understanding of electrical codes and safety regulations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in documenting and reporting project progress.

Preferred Certifications:

• Safety certifications.
• Railway signaling and electrical systems certification is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
