Job Title : Supervisor Location: Patnagarh, Balangir, Odisha Company: SAARAS Group Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month (Negotiable) --- Job Summary: SAARAS Group is looking for a proactive and skilled Site Supervisor with a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering to oversee day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical systems, basic troubleshooting skills, and the ability to maintain equipment efficiently. This role is a great opportunity for diploma holders to gain valuable site management experience in the agro-based food industry. --- Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Assist in overseeing on-site operations, installation, ensuring smooth functioning of activities and adherence to quality and safety standards. Electrical & Mechanical Equipment Handling: Support the installation, inspection, and minor repairs of electrical systems and mechanical equipment under guidance. Maintenance Support: Assist in routine maintenance and upkeep of equipment and machinery. Inventory Management: Maintain records of tools, materials, and equipment; assist in procurement coordination. Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and ensure adherence to company safety standards. Documentation: Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, inspections, and site updates.
