Site Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with prior experience in interior fit-out projects to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring the smooth and timely execution of projects as per approved designs and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site execution of interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing activities.
• Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
• Monitor site progress and provide daily updates and reports to the Project Manager.
• Maintain quality control and ensure that the workmanship meets company and industry standards.
• Ensure availability of materials and labor on site as per project requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and resolve any site-related issues promptly.
• Manage and maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the site.
• Maintain project timelines and support in meeting completion targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in supervising interior design/fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of interior finishing materials, detailing, and execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings.
• Good coordination skills with vendors, labor teams, and project stakeholders.
• Proficient in preparing daily reports, measurements, and material requirement lists.
• Familiarity with basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Email communication).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel between project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
