The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring the smooth and timely execution of projects as per approved designs and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise on-site execution of interior works including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, and finishing activities. Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications. Coordinate effectively with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients. Monitor site progress and provide daily updates and reports to the Project Manager. Maintain quality control and ensure that the workmanship meets company and industry standards. Ensure availability of materials and labor on site as per project requirements. Conduct regular inspections and resolve any site-related issues promptly. Manage and maintain safety, cleanliness, and orderliness of the site. Maintain project timelines and support in meeting completion targets.
