A Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This role involves coordinating activities among workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes. The Site Supervisor acts as the point of contact on-site, resolving issues that may arise and communicating with project managers and clients. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues that arise on-site, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders as necessary. Reporting: Provide regular updates to project managers regarding project status, including progress, challenges, and achievements.
